Hilton Beach Festival Maple Syrup Soirée, Friday, March 24, 6pm

The Hilton Beach Festival Cabane à sucre features a maple syrup-themed dinner prepared by Chefs Ian Thomlinson (Romes, Toronto’s Windsor Arms) and Hannah-Lee Lawrence (Black Cat Kitchen) at the Hilton Beach Community Hall. Presentations from a variety of local musicians will occur throughout the meal and a concert by RéVeillons!  will immediately follow. After the concert, we’ll clear the tables and Jean-François Berthiaume will lead us in some super fun and easy Québecois square dances. Music for the dance will be provided by members of RéVeillons! and Canadian Grand Master Fiddle Champion Paul Lemelin.

Tickets to the Hilton Beach soirée are $45 Adult, $35 Seniors, $25 Students, and $15 13&under. THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD-OUT! . A cash bar will be available. Tickets are limited so get yours soon!
